This Sunday Christians all over the world will celebrate the power of the resurrection. Because God raised our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, from the dead, we don’t have to fear death. In Luke 24:39 Jesus told the disciples, “Look at My hands. Look at My feet. Put your hands in the scars. Touch Me. See, it is I. A ghost doesn’t have a body like I have.”

The Wonderful Cross
Each Easter season we make simple wooden crosses available to our church members. We ask them to put them in their yards as a reminder that 2,000 years ago Jesus Christ died on a cross for the sins of the world.

This week Christians around the world will celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. What a blessing is is to spend December 25th each year thanking the Father for sending His Son to be the Savior of the world (1 John 4:14). Christmas is all about Jesus!
